Presented by: Bruce Waller
We are in an ever-changing world… Connecting with people and feeling connected with our work continues to drive us more now than ever – and a connection in our work creates the alignment we are all seeking – or what we call purpose. We want to know that we matter, that our work matters, and that we are making a difference in the lives of others. However, it doesn’t just happen, we need a road map, a GPS, we need to be intentional in our direction which might include changing lanes, or changing perspective, or changing routines, or changing systems to get us to where we want to go. “If we want more, we must become more” and that starts with developing ourselves so that we can help develop others which leads to career fulfilment. This session will help you create a road map for your journey ahead – and it doesn’t matter if you are early career, mid-career or late in your career – it’s never to late to change lanes and start driving a career with purpose! Come join me on the journey of personal growth, and connection – a journey to help you with alignment and purpose and bring more joy to the workplace and every area of your life!
Learning Objectives:
1. Defining it, success and significance in the workplace.
2. Pursuing it, why significance in our career matters.
3. Measuring significance, to keep us on track,
4. Living in significance to make a difference for others!
