North Texas SHRM joins up with Denton Chamber of Commerce and

Provides Free Resume Review at Denton County Job Fair

North Texas SHRM was proud to participate in the 2025 Denton Job Fair hosted by the Denton Chamber of Commerce!

We connected with job seekers and helped review nearly 50 resumes throughout the day — offering tips, feedback, and support to help candidates put their best foot forward.

It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with the local workforce and support our community’s growth. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and to the Denton Chamber for hosting such a valuable event.

North Texas SHRM is joining with United Way of Denton County to fill backpacks for Back to School Across Denton County.

Economically disadvantaged students in our local school districts face many barriers to success and graduation, including access to basic school supplies as they head back to school. United Way collaborates with a network of nonprofits, school districts, area businesses and civic groups to ensure every student is equipped to start the year ready to learn!
